Is there a review on your google my business page that you want removed? If so, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue! However, keep in mind that because these sites are usually made for the consumers advantage, they want to be as authentic as possible – AKA, removing reviews isn’t easy. (It’s understandable, because if every business could remove their bad reviews, the site would be useless to consumers.)  

The review can be removed if it violates Google My Business Review terms. Check out the rules and if you have a case to justify removal, all you have to do is contact Google My Business, let them know, and it will get removed.

If the review doesn’t violate terms, you are going to have to go another route to see that less people see this bad review. Encourage feedback from your customers and tell them to review you on Google My Business to get more action to your page. As a business owner, you want to take full advantage of review sites, because they are so heavily used by consumers. Encourage and then monitor the reviews, using them to implement changes that will create a profit for you.
