Manufacturing Connectivity with Fulcrum's Sunny Han

November 29, 2021 | Episode 26

Eric Grundhoefer is back. This time he’s looking at how businesses, entrepreneurs, and brands can actively work to build connectivity with Fulcrum’s Sunny Han. Sunny is the founder and CEO of Fulcrum, and he’s here to talk about his work making manufacturing even better and more effective.

He’s looking to help create frictionless manufacturing, which has the potential to help change the world and how supply chains and supply systems work.

Sunny has always been technically able, from building computers and writing software on. Manufacturing grabbed his interest as a huge foundational system that’s always working in the background to keep people’s lives going. He realized early that this is the underpinning work that helps the world go round.

He and Eric dig into how finding meaning in your work makes a huge difference in your relationship to your work, and the challenges in manufacturing and making changes in the manufacturing industry.

Sunny helps focus on how to collect the data manufacturers need to improve their systems, learning and innovating the ways manufacturing can be even faster and reducing the friction and pressure points on manufacturers that slow down the process.

Of course, he’s also focused on making things as easy and useable as possible. When things are easier, he’s convinced it works better and people are better empowered to make good decisions and to improve the process over time.

They’ll also talk about why Fulcrum’s process can be integrated with other systems and why they aren’t exclusive, even though they’re working to be the base platform that makes manufacturing easier and more effective.
